Consistently Delivering
Successful Outcomes
With a proven track record showcased across diverse projects, from achieving temperature reductions in geothermal drilling to improving distillery efficiency, OSSO delivers exceptional results.

Malthouse Full PHE Overhaul
As part of a planned service and maintenance schedule, a major UK malthouse owner had the need for significant maintenance and repair requirements of their plate heat exchangers.

Geothermal
Geothermal Drilling Temperature Reduction
Situated in the upper Rhine Valley of Germany, a substantial Geothermal development was having difficulty maintaining a consistent downhole temperature. OSSO worked with the client to optimise the mud cooler performance with our high-volume mud cooler package and a hugely restricted cooling medium of one tank of water at only 25% capacity.

Distillery NDT inspection and Proactive Maintenance Plans
Our client had several issues relating to their plate packs at one of their distilleries, including various plates with the wrong gaskets attached, old and new plates incorrectly mixed, and not to the correct specification.
Oil & Gas
Mud Cooling with Closed Loop Water System
Our client was drilling long reach lateral hole sections to depths of 21,000+ ft resulting in an increase in bottom hole temperature which would potentially lead to MWD/LWD tool failures, NPT and costly commercial spend if not adequately cooled.
Oil & Gas
MEG Treatment & Solids Management at Gas Plant
A major international energy company was experiencing ongoing issues with the MEG at their gas plant resulting in damaged equipment and lengthy delays. A solution was required to avoid the cost of disposing and then replacing the MEG.
Oil & Gas
Reducing Environmental & Commercial Risk of TAR/Shutdown
A major North Sea operator required support with their waste/ullage management while running a platform shutdown. To avoid incurring extensive commercial and environmental costs for the fluid waste transportation back to shore they elected for a solutions that enabled the volumes of fluid to be treated at source.

Removing Diesel Contaminants
A North Sea oil and gas operator required clean fuel for their diesel generators during their shutdown. Failure to clean the fuel properly would have caused the back up generators to fail resulting in a black out on the platform yielding heavy operational delays and costly financial backlash.
Oil & Gas
Improving Drilling Efficiencies in High Temperature Wells
Our client was working to a lump sum well delivery and therefore needed to ensure all KPIs would be achieved and equipment operated without incident.
DECOMMISSIONING
Reducing the Burden of 'Skip and Ship'
The end client — an FPSO operator — required on-board tanks to be cleaned prior to decommissioning. As deck space was at a premium and the volume of fluid potentially high, the operator was interested at looking for an alternative solution to that of the traditional method of skipping and shipping.
Oil & Gas
Achieving At Source Cleaning for the First Time
While feeding the centrifuge with a port slop pump, surging of fluid was observed, which meant it was not possible to achieve a stable flowrate, to overcome this a back pressure was introduced on the slop water return line.
