pH Correction Tank (PHC5)

The pHC5 is a fully automated pH correction system designed to neutralize acidic or alkaline feed waters.
Housed within a compact 5ft shipping container footprint, the system continuously monitors pH levels in real time using an integrated pH probe. Readings are relayed to the control panel, which automatically adjusts pH by activating either a carbon dioxide injection system (for alkalinity correction) or a sodium hydroxide dosing pump (for acidity correction). Reagents are precisely administered until the target pH setpoint is achieved.
To enhance mixing and dispersion, the system includes a diffuser set and a mechanical agitator. It is designed to handle flow rates ranging from 2m³/h to 20m³/h, though actual throughput depends on the pH characteristics of the incoming water.
