Oil Separator Tank (OST10)

The OST10 is a high-performance two-stage free-phase oil water separator, integrating tilted plate lamella and coalescing media technologies for superior efficiency. Designed for compact, modular deployment, it fits within a 10ft shipping container footprint, maximizing space efficiency.

Engineered for high-performance oil separation, the OST10 first removes gross free-phase hydrocarbons and suspended solids, ensuring effective pre-treatment. The pre-treated water then passes through an advanced oleophilic media, where micro oil droplets coalesce into larger, more buoyant droplets. These droplets rise to the surface and are efficiently collected by an adjustable skimmer system.

The system’s central collection chamber gathers free-phase hydrocarbons, which are then safely decanted via discharge pipework into an IBC, ready for off-site disposal.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, the OST10 is built for durability and reliability, operating within a flow rate range of 2m³/h to 20m³/h. Designed for easy maintenance and minimal downtime, it ensures compliance with environmental regulations while reducing operational costs.
